ソフトバンク⇒ヤクルトとセ・パ両リーグの経験のあるサブマリン投手です。
ヤクルトにて先発ローテーションの一角を任されることもありましたが、成績はあまり良くない状況です。
九州出身、前チームがソフトバンクということもあって、ソフトバンクファンからの支持のある山中投手ですので、是非ともヤクルトでも活躍して頂きたい･･･！
阪神タイガース：青柳晃洋
阪神タイガースのサブマリン、青柳投手です。
低めのサイドスロー～アンダースローで、下手投げの投手の中では速球派であることが特徴です。
その代わりと表現するのが適切かわかりませんが、制球難に苦しみ、今もなお課題としているようです。フィールディングについても課題があるようで、まだまだこれからに期待の投手です。
2019年シーズンでは惜しくも二桁勝利となりませんでしたが、これからの阪神投手陣を牽引していくピッチャーとなることは間違いないでしょう！
埼玉西武ライオンズ：與座海人
埼玉西武ライオンズ：與座海人
2017年埼玉西武ライオンズのドラフト5位指名で入団した、こちらも大卒サブマリン投手の與座海人投手です。
牧田投手と入れ替わりの形となった新星サブマリン投手ですね！
身長は170cmとプロ野球選手にしては小柄で、速球も120km/hから130km/h前後と、ソフトバンクの高橋投手とは違ったタイプのサブマリン投手です。
しかしながらドラフト指名を受けたのは、非常に細かな手元の技術に長けているとのうわさがあります。
アンダースロー特有の、浮き上がるようなボール、打者を翻弄する緩急や変化球を上手く使ったピッチングには注目です。
貴重なアンダースロー(サブマリン)投手の活躍に期待
アンダースローの投手は希少価値が高いこともあって、指導者がいないとの指摘もあります。
2017年ドラフトでは2名のアンダースロー投手が指名されていますが、彼らを育てることの出来る指導者はいるのか･･･。気になるところではありますね。
